Nick Heyward & Stuart Epps have kindly agreed to judge the Reading Rock Academy 1st Annual Battle of the School Rock Bands 2010.
Stuart Epps’ musical career began in 1967 as a 15-year old office junior at Dick James Music. He quickly moved up the industry ladder to become Chief Engineer at DJM Studios, then later toured the USA with Elton John as personal assistant.

Congratulations to ‘SilvaLite’ …the audition judges have agreed that they will be the replacement band following the disqualification of ‘Courtesy of My Thinking’ for a breach of the competition rules. SilvaLite are from John Madjeski Academy in Reading and will join the other 7 school bands competiting for the £5,000 prize money from Dawsons Music [...]

Tonight, I have been informed that ‘Courtesy of my Thinking’ are no longer at The Oratory Schol therefore under the terms and conditions of the competition are disqualified from the Grand Final.
